Carers Week may have come to an end but we still have one fantastic offer courtesy of About Balance in Brighton. Check out the details below!
About Balance, Brighton
To provide some much needed relaxation to carers of Compass Card holders, About Balance is providing a fabulous 50% discount on Floatation sessions, meaning you will pay £27.50 instead of £55 for an hours session. And the great part, this offer is available throughout the whole month of June.
Floatation is an incredible experience in which you shut down all outside noises and stimulation. Just you, floating in a pool of warm water and Epsom salts. About Balance has two floatation tanks, a cabin (which can fit two people) and a pod. Sessions are 60 minutes long and all necessary items, such as towels, ear plugs and shampoo are provided.
Floatation therapy is good for so many things, but in a nutshell: it can help relieve stress and anxiety, help with recovery from injuries and illness and relieve chronic pain. It’s a fantastic set up for experiencing deep meditation and relaxation, and even reaching an altered state of consciousness.
Here’s a great video to show you exactly what you can expect from your Floatation session.
For more information head to the About Balance website and to make a booking call 01273 686882. Mention your Carers Card when booking and make sure you take it on the day to validate the discount.
