What?
South Downs Leisure runs a wide range of leisure facilities in the Worthing area. At Splashpoint Leisure Centre, there's a competition pool, learner/diving pool and leisure pool, as well as gym, classes, spa facilities and cafe.
Current arrangements: swim sessions needs to be pre-booked in advance either on the South Downs Leisure app or by 'phoning the number above. There are free downloadable programmes to support your gym experience and you must book your visit in advance via the app or website. Compass Card offer: Compass Card holders get a discount on South Down’s adult membership scheme, FIT4 (so membership costs £39.95 instead of £48.75 pcm). FIT4 membership provides free classes, gym and swimming pool use, off-peak racquet sports and more. There's also a free carer ticket if the card holder is paying to swim or use the gym, but please note the carer is in a supporting role in the gym and can't use the gym equipment.
Accessibility: All South Downs buildings are accessible and have accessible parking and accessible toilets. There's also a Changing Places facility and swimming pool hoist at Splashpoint.
