Amaze collects your information via the Compass Registration Form and then stores it on the CharityLog database. Only Amaze employees access our database. We do not pass your details to any of the leisure venues that are part of the Compass Card offer. We will never pass your details on to third parties without your further consent. However, if at any time we thought you or your child or family were at risk of harm, we might have to share relevant information with agencies in place to support vulnerable people.
We are commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council for Compass B&H, but we do not share your personal details with them. If at any point in the future this situation changed, we would contact you about what you would like to happen to your information.
If you have any concerns about us contacting you, for example if you would rather we did not phone you or leave a message, please explain this in the notes section at the end of the Compass Registration Form.
You have the right to ask us to remove your details from our database at any time. Please contact compass@amazesussex.org.uk if you have any questions or would like to do this.
By ticking the statement at the beginning of the Compass Registration Form “I have read and understood the Compass Card consent and confidentiality document and agree to Amaze storing my information and contacting me about my application”, you are consenting to:
