There are seven members of staff in the Compass team.
Marie Baker, Compass Card Development and Engagement Worker
Marie joined Amaze in October 2015 as we prepared for the launch of Compass Card West Sussex the following April. She looks after the development and maintenance of a full range of Compass Card offers and is involved in consultation with Compass Card families and young people.
Ann Blackburn, Compass Card Manager
Ann has been working on the Compass Card since 2009 and now manages the card in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. She oversees the promotion of the project through the Compass Card app, social media, press and literature and charts the course for the development and maintenance of Compass Card offers.
Lucy Hill, Data and Performance Manager
Lucy oversees the management and analysis of Amaze’s data and information processes and the Compass Registration function. Ensuring best practice and legal compliance, meeting the needs of funders and services, informing research and driving forward service improvement.
Anne Domeney, Database Assistant
Anne joined the Compass Team in November 2015 and assists Tina in maintaining the registers and ensuring the registration process runs smoothly. Anne also takes a lead on data quality and assists with the collation of stats from the Compass database.
Katie McCusker, Compass Card Development and Communications Assistant
Katie, who joined the Compass Team in April 2018, makes sure everything runs smoothly in terms of the administration of the Compass Card and plays a key role in communicating about the scheme.
Laura Tyrrell, Data Entry Assistant
Laura joined Amaze in November 2018 and has the specialised job of transferring data from Compass Registration forms to our Compass database; dealing with enquiries about the Compass registers; and making sure Compass Cards get to families in good time.
Lesley Whittal, Data Entry Assistant
Lesley joined Amaze in May 2016 and has the specialised job of transferring data from Compass Registration forms to our Compass database; dealing with enquiries about the Compass registers; and making sure Compass Cards get to families in good time.
