To get a Compass Card, you need to register your details on the disability register for Brighton & Hove or West Sussex. The disability register in Brighton & Hove is called ‘Compass B&H’ and the disability register in West Sussex is called ‘Compass WSx’. You can find out more about what the information is used for here.
If you’re applying for a Compass Card in West Sussex, the simplest way to apply is to fill in the online registration form. It takes around 10 minutes to complete and you can save the information and come back to it if you want to. We hope to launch an online registration form in Brighton & Hove soon.
If you’re 16 or over, you can apply for a Compass Card yourself, or you can ask a parent or carer to fill in the form for you. If you’re under 16, your parent or carer will need to fill in the form.

If you would prefer to fill in a paper registration form or if you’re in Brighton & Hove, you can print the form using the links below and use the FREEPOST address to return it to the Compass Team at Amaze. If you want us to post you a paper form, email compass@amazesussex.org.uk.
If you’re renewing your Compass Card
Compass records need to be fully updated every two years, after which a new Compass Card will be issued if your child or young person is still eligible. A few weeks before your old card is due to expire, the Compass Team will get in touch with you to remind you to re-register. If you’re in West Sussex, you can renew your card online or if you’d prefer to fill in a paper registration form, you can print it off using the links below and use the FREEPOST address to return it to the Compass Team at Amaze. If you’re in Brighton & Hove, you’ll need to fill in a paper registration form. If you want us to post you a paper form, email compass@amazesussex.org.uk

Are two cards are better than one?
