Carers’ Card Brighton & Hove
If your child has a Brighton & Hove Compass Card and you are living in the city, you automatically qualify for a Carers’ Card from Brighton & Hove City Council. The Carers’ Card is a discount card designed to look after the health and wellbeing of carers in Brighton & Hove. You can apply for the Carers’ Card online here.
If you have any queries, or prefer not to apply online, call the Carers Hub on 01273 977000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Parent carers need to provide the name, address, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number of all family members who are regular carers and who want to apply for a Carers’ Card. This could include brothers and sisters who have a caring role who are aged 8 to 25 years old (they would be issued with a ‘Young Carers’ Card’). Applicants need to provide the name and date of birth of the Compass Card holder, the number on the back of the Compass Card and the expiry date on the back of the card. The Carers’ Card is issued for two years. Check out the Carers Card guide 2021 to see all the current discounts on the card.
