You can go for months using your Compass Card and everything goes smoothly and then you’re confronted with someone on the till who has no idea what the Compass Card is or what the discount is. Here’s what you do:
1. Show them their listing on the Compass Card app (if you haven’t got it already, search ‘compass card’ in the App Store or Google Play and download the Brighton & Hove version or West Sussex version or head to the offers page on our website). This can sort things out there and then.
2. If the above doesn’t work, take a note of where and when the incident happened, what offer you were trying to access, the name of the person on the till (if you can) and what happened. Email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org, call 0300 123 9186 or use the feedback form on this website. The Compass Team will contact the leisure provider on your behalf and let you know when and how the issue has been resolved.
