From Thursday 28 April Parable Dance will be operating from their new dance space, South East Dance, in Circus Street, Brighton. With the move to their new dedicated dance space we wanted to find out a little more about what you can expect from the inclusive dance sessions. And what better way than to hear it from the young people and adults already attending.
Sessions run weekly on Thursdays during term time, with the youth group (10 to 18 years) running from 5.15pm to 6.15pm. Check out the video below for fabulous feedback from the young people who currently attend.
The adult sessions, for those aged 19+, also run on Thursdays during term time. They run from 6.30 to 8pm. If you’re not sure whether this is for you, just take a look at the video below to see what you can expect and hear how much fun it is.
Dancing is for everyone. It is inclusive, fun, is great for mental and physical wellbeing and can help to develop confidence. These inclusive sessions bring young people and adults with SEND together and unite them as a community. And if you have a Compass Card you can even get a £2 discount on every session, paying £5 instead of £7 a week. Check out the Compass Card offer, along with more information here.
