We get quite a few questions from Compass Card families about what happens when you need to renew the card, so we thought we’d fill you in! Compass Cards last for two years and then they expire and need to be renewed. That means you need to fill in a new Compass Registration Form. The Compass Team helps by sending you a letter a few weeks before to remind you to renew the card, along with a registration form and a reply-paid envelope. We have lots of renewals coming into the office every day, so even if you’ve filled in the form straight after the reminder letter, you’ll only receive the new card a couple of days before the old card expires.
Organisations that provide a Compass Card offer (leisure centres, theatres, cafes, cinemas etc) are advised not to accept cards that have passed their expiry date, so make sure you renew your card to carry on getting all those lovely Compass Card benefits!
