What?
Downmere Farm is home to a bespoke Equine Assisted Learning Centre, set within the beautiful South Downs National Park and just a 10-minute drive from Brighton & Hove. Equine Assisted Learning and Development takes place with horses on the ground (non-ridden), using various exercises tailored to the individual that can assist with confidence, personal growth and development. Developing empathy and respect for horses can increase the feeling of our personal sense of self and give a sense of wellbeing, increasing self-confidence. Sessions last one hour, and you will have either a ‘phone or email consultation prior to the first session.
Compass Card offer: 20% discount for Compass Card holders. One hour Compass Card sessions will cost £52 instead of the usual £65. There is a block booking discount, speak to the centre for more details.
Accessibility: There is ample parking, accessible toilet facilities and the barn and surrounding areas are wheelchair accessible. We advise you to contact the centre directly to discuss individual accessibility requirements.

Contact the centre, by emailing here or calling the number above, to book your session. You will need to email a photo of the Compass Card when you book and make sure you take it on the day to validate the discount.
