How?

To claim the 10% discount, click on the 'Compass/IGo offer' when booking online. Make sure you take the Compass Card with you to validate the discount on the day.

NB: Globalls also provide a capped number of free carer tickets every day. To claim the one free carer ticket, you will need to email manager@globalls.co.uk at least 48 hours in advance, requesting the day you wish to come. Please include a photo of your child or young person's DLA/PIP award lettter within the email. Once you have been advised that the free carer ticket has been issued you will need to make a booking for the rest of the party.  Once that booking has been made you will need to email Globalls with your order number to match the bookings.  Make sure you take photo ID on the day to validate your booking. Please note the free carer ticket is for the person accompanying to provide assistance, not to play. Therefore, the carer will not be issued with a club or balloon. If the person accompanying wants to join in the fun then you can access the 10% discounted rate instead of the free carer ticket. Please note there is a daily limit on free carer tickets, so there may not be availability on your specific day.
